and choices for
faster or cheaper services are usually given. Parcels are the responsibility of
the purchaser and the postal services when we have posted them
according to your instructions. We keep full details of
packaging and certificates of posting in case any items are
lost or delayed. (In our experience parcels that are
properly labelled rarely go astray. In 29 years only a few items have been lost in the
post - BUT more has been going missing since 2005 both in the UK and
overseas, than ever before.) |
