This is a superb set in EF condition with sharp corners and clean bright finish. The cards do not seem to have been used but there are inevitably a couple of minor age marks. |

The cards are good quality, in excellent condition and have never been played with, EF. A good scarce item. |

1930 | Della Robbia Playing Cards made in Ireland. This is an unusual early Ormond printing with the scarce early example of their Ace of Spades. The courts are almost identical to Waddington. Good quality glazed card, box states 'Ivory finish' on the end flaps and 'Made in Ireland' up the sides. 52+J Hardly any signs of use except horizontal crease at end of 2 of Hearts probably from careless closing of the box which has some repaired damage to the top end. | £25 |
