Playing cards to sell? |
|
| I am always interested in
buying single packs, several packs or whole collections. Please email
me and put 'Cards for sale'
in the subject bar with a list of what you have got. IF YOU CAN I'd like the following
information - if not just describe what you've got. (A picture is worth
more than words.)
1. the title (usually on the box.) 2. the maker (often on the Ace of Spades [English or US] or the Ace of Hearts/Jack of Clubs [many European]. 3. the exact contents and any additional or extra cards (A full set is not always 52, especially for regional European cards which may be anything from 24 up to 78.) 4. the condition and any damage to cards (creases, tears) or the box. 5. the date of manufacture (or some idea of how old you think they might be.) 6. a photo or scan. [Preferably jpeg format.] Please illustrate at least the Ace of Spades, the Jack of Clubs, the back of a card, the box and any other court cards or 'pip' cards with printed writing or trade marks.

Please note, I very rarely buy any of these: Incomplete packs, but jokers do not have to be present except in non-standard packs or souvenir packs. Cards without the original box unless pre 1920. Children's games without the rules and original box. Bezique sets unless Victorian. Cigarette or drinks advertising unless pre 1950 And practically nothing which is less than 25 years old. |
